March 6, 2017 marked a very important day in the history of our St. Bruno Parish Family. Twelve years ago, March 6, 2005, then Archbishop of Milwaukee Timothy Dolan dedicated and consecrated our current Church and Gathering Place. This beautiful building is the result of years of prayerful planning, deliberation, consensus building and generosity of our dedicated parish members. This is the fourth Church in St. Bruno’s 165 year history in the Dousman area, another milestone of which to be very proud! To mark this blessed occasion, please say a prayer for our St. Bruno Parish family, remembering especially all those in our history who have made us who we are today. In the words of our patron, St. Bruno, “While the world changes, the Cross stands firm.”
If you are a visitor to St. Bruno Parish, or new to our area, we welcome and thank you for praying with us. We are a church family and care about each other, our church, our community and our world.
We invite you to become a member of our St. Bruno Parish Family by attending Mass on the weekend of the third Sunday of each month. A member of our Stewardship Committee will be available in the Gathering Place after all Masses to help you register and answer any of your questions.
We invite you to become actively involved in our faith community. Membership is best expressed by participation in the weekend liturgies. Formal membership is required for the celebration of Baptism, First Eucharist, First Reconciliation, Confirmation and Marriage.
